					<description><![CDATA[May 2016. We have been Dollar customers for over 13 years. We use prepay to check we have the rental agreement we require.
When picking up the rental car we were not asked if we required any additions to our agreement other than a vehicle upgrade or GPS. We did not ask for any additions to our agreement.
Upon returning the car additional charges were made to our credit card for PA/PEC, Prem road serv and concession fee recovery. Total additional costs $242.48 including tax.
Upon checking our documentation we noticed that these additions were included in our rental record but we were not informed that they would be.]]></description>
